I found my first job at Booking.com easily; however, I struggled with changing jobs, and advancing in my career took a long time.
 

I am familiar with the barriers and obstacles an expat woman can face. After gathering years of experience in recruitment, HR, and Dutch culture, along with 3 jobs, 7 moves, and starting a Dutch family, I opened this agency to help expat women and organizations devoted to creating a positive impact in the world.
