Why wouldn`t I just hire an HR Business Partner?Good question! For starters, an HRBP would earn around 55 000 EUR | 4500 EUR monthly and it is quite hard to find someone part time. Aside from that, you will need to recruit, interview, onboard and it will take long time until they start producing work.. With the monthly plan you can pause or resume the subscription as often as you need, to make sure you have an HR partner only when you need it and you get your tasks done fast and professional.

Is there a limit on how many requests I can have per time?Once you subscribe, you can add as many requests as you wish. They will be handled one by one, based on your needs. They will be delivered on average within 48 hours (depending on the complexity, of course). This ensures each task receives the attention and quality it deserves.

Who is the HR representative?yourHRhelp is an agency of one. This means you work only with me - the founder of yourHRhelp. For requests that are particularly time-consuming or complex, I may need to leverage the expertise of our trusted partners, but you will always be asked for permission. Rest assured, your needs will always be handled with care and precision.

How does the pause feature works?We understand you may not have enough HR work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two HR requests at the moment that took less time to complete than the allocated hours per month. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Let's say you book a service expecting to use a certain number of hours, but as the project progresses, you realize you need less time than anticipated. No problem! With our subscription plans, any unused hours are preserved and can be used later for another project or task. It's like having a bank of hours ready whenever you need them, ensuring you get the most value out of your subscription.

How do I make a request?yourHRhelp offers a lot of flexibility in how you share your requests. Some common ways clients send requests are via email, with the name of the task in the title, sharing Google Docs, or Trello boards on our website. It is important that we work on one task at a time to ensure quality.

If the handling of your request doesn't meet your expectations?If at any point you are not fully satisfied with the results of our services, we will gladly revise them until you are 100% satisfied. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring that you receive the value and support you deserve throughout your subscription.

What if I only have a single request?That's fine! You can pause your subscription when finished and return to it when you have additional requests.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?Due to the high quality of the service, there will be no refunds issued.

A decade ago, I moved from Sofia to Amsterdam to pursue my second master's degree at the University of Amsterdam.
I found my first job at Booking.com easily; however, I struggled with changing jobs, and advancing in my career took a long time.
I am familiar with the barriers and obstacles an expat woman can face. After gathering years of experience in recruitment, HR, and Dutch culture, along with 3 jobs, 7 moves, and starting a Dutch family, I opened this agency to help expat women and organizations devoted to creating a positive impact in the world.
